- We currently offer shipping within India.
2. Order Processing Time:
- Please allow 8 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for your order to be processed. This timeframe may vary depending on the volume of orders we are currently handling. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via text message or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:
- We partner with the Indian Postal Service, Delhivary, Maruti Courier Service, Anjani Courier Service, and other reputable carriers to deliver your orders.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

- Most Locations: 3 to 4 business days.
- Other Locations: 5 to 8 business days.
- Remote Locations: 10 to 15 business days or longer, depending on accessibility. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges:
- For orders with a total value between ₹1200 to ₹1500, a flat shipping fee of ₹120 to ₹150 will be applied.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order value.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your shipment's progress on the respective courier's website.
6. Delivery and Acceptance:
- Our courier partners typically attempt delivery once. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.We recommend that you or someone authorized by you be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
7. Damaged Goods:
- Please note that we do not offer a guarantee for goods damaged during shipping. We take utmost care in packaging your order to prevent damage.
8. Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping and packaging charges for reshipment.
- No refunds will be provided for undeliverable packages.

10. Shipping to Areas Not Served by Listed Couriers:
